ClearTone / AI Note Taker
ClearTone transcribes both sides of every call and meeting as it happens, then writes your notes: highlights, what was discussed, the other person's needs and objections, the questions they asked, the expected outcomes, calls to action with owners and a ready-to-send follow-up email. No bot appears in the meeting, and nothing is uploaded.
Windows, Mac and Linux. Works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and any dialler or softphone.
Cloud note takers have to guess where one speaker stops and the next one starts. ClearTone hears your microphone and the incoming call on separate channels, so every line is labelled You or Them with no guessing.
After the call ClearTone's on-device AI writes structured notes using only what was said. If something wasn't discussed, it says so rather than making it up.
The key points of the call, and every topic discussed in the order it came up.
What the other person is looking for, in their own words.
Every concern raised and every question asked, so nothing is missed.
Who does what by when, marked You or Them, the outcomes both sides expect and the next meeting.
A ready-to-send recap email that matches what was agreed.
Search every call you've had by name, company or anything that was said.
After each call the notes go to the right lead or contact in Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Dynamics 365, monday.com, Freshsales, Copper or Zendesk Sell, or to any CRM by email or Zapier.
Notes stay on your computer. Saving them is your choice, and you can delete any call.
Ask “what did Sarah say about budget?” and get the exact lines from the right call, answered on your computer.
Say “Hey ClearTone, rebook this meeting for Thursday at 2 pm” and the same meeting, with the same guests, is booked in Outlook or Google Calendar when the call ends.
Only if your admin switches it on: teammates see shared notes, add comments and highlights, and read them on their phones.
Connect ClearTone to the AI your company uses and ask about your calls in plain English.
Customers and prospects don't see a recorder join the call, and there is no bot to admit, remove or explain.
Many note takers are built around video meetings. ClearTone takes notes just as well on softphone and dialler calls, where sales and support teams spend most of their day.
Transcription and summaries run locally, which keeps sensitive conversations away from third-party servers.

Yes. Because ClearTone is the microphone and speaker on your computer, it takes notes on any call, including softphones and dialler software.
On your own computer, in a searchable notebook. Nothing is uploaded, and you can delete any call at any time.
No. Transcription runs on your computer, so every plan includes unlimited transcription.
Yes. Anyone on the call can say “Hey ClearTone, rebook this meeting for Thursday at 2 pm”. When the call ends, ClearTone books the same meeting with the same guests and length in your connected Outlook or Google calendar, which sends the invitations. If you asked, it books straight away and you can undo it; if someone else asked, or the time wasn't clear, ClearTone asks you first. Without a connected calendar, it opens the new meeting in your computer's calendar app.
English live, plus Filipino and 24 European languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Extra languages are free downloads inside the app and run on your computer. You can also translate the other person into Filipino live.
Recording or transcribing calls can require the other person's consent depending on where you and they are. ClearTone keeps transcripts off until you switch them on, and you are responsible for following the rules that apply to your calls.
