ClearTone / ClearTone for Claude and ChatGPT
Connect ClearTone to the AI assistant your company already uses. Ask what a prospect said about budget, list everything you promised this week, or let the AI set ClearTone up for your whole team.
Ask “Find my calls with Acme Dental” or “What did Sarah say about budget?” and the answer quotes the real lines from the call.
“List everything I promised this week” brings back the action items and next steps from every call.
“Write follow-up emails for today's calls” uses each call's notes, so nothing is invented.
Organisation admins can simply ask: "Set up ClearTone for my sales team: add these 12 people, turn on team notes and send everyone their download link."
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add ClearTone. In ChatGPT, add ClearTone from the apps directory. Until the listings are live, add a custom connector with this address: https://sgocleartone.com/mcp
Sign in with your ClearTone email (we send a code), check what the AI will be able to do, and press Allow.
Ask about your calls, or ask it to set up your team. Disconnect at any time from the AI app's settings.
The connector reads call notes kept in your ClearTone account: your own when "My notes on my phone" is on, and your team's when team sharing is on. Notes that stay only on your computer are never visible to it.

No. It can only use seats you already pay for. When more seats are needed it tells you how many and where a person can add them; the price is always shown before paying.
Only call notes kept in your ClearTone account: yours when you've switched on 'My notes on my phone', and teammates' notes when your organisation has team sharing on. Notes that stay only on your computer are never visible to it.
